There has been a ‘huge surge’ in tickets bought for Wales’ World Cup qualifier against Slovenia. Wales need four points from their remaining two games to guarantee a play-off place.


Manager Gemma Grainger believes England’s brilliant performance in the European Championships will inspire Wales to achieve even more – and inspire people to attend more women’s football matches.


Aston Villa, like many clubs and people, have been inspired by England’s European Championships win. Marquee signing Natasha Harding is named as being one of the players achieve their aims for next season.


Angharad James gives her first interview as aTottenham Hotspur player. She says it was always her intention to return to the Women’s Super League and she is looking forward to working with team-mates including Esther Morgan.

Wales' top scorer says England have made people care about women’s football; the next task is to make sure they keep caring.


Sarah Wiltshire has joined Cambridge United after leaving Watford earlier this transfer window. She began her career at Arsenal and has also played for Yeovil Town, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur. Sarah has 31 caps for Wales.
