FA Women's Cup holders Cardiff City Women beat Cascade YC 5-0 as they begin their defence of the trophy. Danielle Green, Megan Saunders, Seren Watkins and Eliza Collie were all on the scoresheet, with Eliza netting twice.
But Swansea City annoyingly had to go not just one better but ELEVEN better with a 16-0 win over Coedffranc FC. Nia Rees entered the pitch after 12 minutes, determined to make an impact on the game, and considering she scored five, it's safe to say she was successful. Katy Hosford scored four and Emily Freeman two, with Jess Williams, Ellie Lake, Nieve Jenkins, Chloe Tiley and Gwen Horgan also finding the net.
Pontypridd United also progressed to the next round with a 5-0 win over Barry Town United. Alison Witt scored a hat-trick with Olivia Francis and Ellie Gunney also on the scoresheet.
Cardiff City Women and Pontypridd will face one another in the next round, with Swansea hosting Cardiff Met.
